Please allow up to 30 days for delivery of UK orders (usually less, depending on product availability) Orders may take a little longer during holiday and bank holiday periods.

Christmas and New Year: Last despatch date before Christmas is 16th December. We re-open on 6th January, and any orders submitted after 16th December will be sent out in the New Year.

For orders from outside the UK, please allow up to 60 days for delivery.

Note: We are able to track orders via Royal Mail only after 10 days from despatch date.

To enquire about progress of your order (after 30 days), please email the Yvonne GraY Team at sales@yvonne-gray.co.uk., quoting the "RC" Order Reference Number quoted on your Invoice. If you have ordered before and know your Yvonne GraY Customer Account Number (shown at the top of all Invoices), please quote this at the top of your email.
