By phone:  Phone your order to us, or leave a message with your customer and daytime telephone numbers on  0870 737 0077.

Payment can be made by debit or credit card, or cheque made payable to:  Yvonne Gray.

Retail Orders:

UK:  Can be paid by cheque, cash, debit or credit card.  Carriage:  Add 2.95 P&P, for orders of any size.

WORLDWIDE: can be paid by direct bank transfer or credit card.   Carriage:  Place your order by email, and request notification of carriage to your advised address (worldwide).

 

Trade Orders:   Half price or FREE Testers and display stands, are available with our special Opening Order Packages available to new Trade Stockists.

Payment:  Trade terms available with proof of trading or training in the industry. There is NO minimum order.  First time Opening Orders pre-paid by cheque, direct transfer, cash or debit card.

Carriage:  First time, opening orders: Please request a quote at time of ordering (UK or Worldwide). 

Ongoing orders: For account (non CWO) orders under 100 nett, please add 10% small order handling / carriage.  Debit or Credit Cards are accepted for orders under 100 nett. For card-paid orders over 100 nett, 3% will be added.

 

We have taken every care to produce high quality products that we hope you will be very happy with.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange it or refund your money.  This is in addition and does not affect your statuary rights. 

How to Return an Item:

If you need to return an item, please send it back to us by Recorded Delivery within seven days, stating whether you wish to exchange the goods, or receive a refund.  

We would also appreciate it if you could explain the reason so we can make any possible amendments.

Note:  We can only accept returned goods which are  carefully repacked and in a new, re-saleable condition, ie, not damaged, tried, used, or marked in any way.

Any goods which do not comply will be returned to you. 

All exchanges or refunds exclude postage.

The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
